    Boston Strong in San Antonio

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Robyn Parker has been running a marathon every other year, but when the Boston bombings happened, she knew she had to break her schedule and run in 2013. “I wasn't due to run again until 2014, but I felt I just had to take the challenge,” said the New Hampshire resident. “The bombings were so senseless and left us all feeling like there was nothing we could do about them. The challenge provided a path for taking some action in support of the victims, their families, and our country.” Parker ran the San Antonio Marathon on Nov. 17, 2013, alongside her daughter, Meredith.
