    World Premier of Video Documentary: Small Cries


    Washington DC has become a mecca for child abuse. Short of the children dying, the DC Government Child and Family Services has adopted a policy that, in effect, immunizes children from abuse by their parents in nonfatal cases by calling any allegation abuse a "custody matter." 10 Year Old Ariana Leilani lives in a one bedroom apartment with her father, and has complained to forensic investigators that he is sleeping in his bed. But nothing has been done.
