A fight between the Red Shirt mob and some thousands of students at a university nearby the Red Shirt mobs quarter (Ratchamungkala stadium) was triggered last week. Since last night (Nov 30, 2013), about 10 students have been shot with 1 confirmed death. The Red Shirt attacked the students again this morning (6am Dec 1, 2013), number of the wounded not yet confirmed. The university's chancellor's tried to contact the polices since last night for help, but he was refused stating on his status on a social media that the polices replied the area was too dangerous and would not confirm to send help.
From the students' side, they said they were unarmed and not were attacked by gun fires and home-made bombs from the Red Shirt.
From the Red Shirt side, they said that the wounded students got into a fight among themselves and injured, and that the students were the ones who triggered the fight.
There have been very limited reports on this from Thai media.
