    The War on Democracy being supressed.

    Dr Nafeez Ahmed is executive director of the Institute for Policy Research & Development and author of A User's Guide to the Crisis of Civilisation: And How to Save It among other books.

    He recently published a story in the Guardian about a report by the Center for Corporate Policy (CCP) in Washington DC titled Spooky Business: Corporate Espionage against Nonprofit Organizations detailing how corporate America and just about every covert intelligence agency across the globe works with corporations to spy on, infiltrate and do damage to all forms of non-profit organizations trying to keep the balance of power balanced.

    This is probably the biggest story in the last 5 - 10 years. Far more important than a messed up website or even the NSA spying because this is what those intelligence agencies are doing with the information they gather from the spying. They are selling it to major corporations to hurt the people that are trying to keep them in check.
