    Obamacare: Your story

Healthcare.gov Not Working - Can't Even Log In

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jbmcc tried time and time again to log in to www.Healthcare.gov, but he didn't have any luck on Dec. 2. He says he tried clearing the cookies and using two different browsers, but he's stuck on the page below, and it doesn't respond when he tries to log in. "They will fix it but it will take time," he says. "From a user perspective, they need to publish what is working and what isn't at any moment. If all politicians focused on fixing the broken parts for their constituents instead of playing politics it would get fixed faster."
    - PM91, CNN iReport producer

There seems to be no organization that independently monitors the real life progress of this website. The media is filled with similar stories repeating the government's claim that the website is fixed but even the most basic function is not. I have tried to login to a previously setup account (that I had logged in successfully to before) over 10x in the last 24 hours. I went through all troubleshooting each time with the live chat people to no avail. I am a huge supporter of the ACA but telling the public one thing through the media and seeing the opposite in real life doesn't help anyone.
