Ring in the New Year with a Special Menu at Rialto

Say ‘farewell’ to 2013 and ‘hello’ to 2014 with a New Year’s Eve celebration, Italian style, at Georgetown’s new restaurant, Rialto. With a six-course dinner designed especially for creating a memorable evening of dining and reveling, Executive Chef Ryan Fichter has plans to make this night unforgettable. In addition to the special menu, Rialto will be serving their full menu options as well.

"I have composed a menu that will delight the most discriminating palettes. Everyone seems so ready to start a new year, why not begin it with a perfect dinner with us,” says Fichter. "From a cheese course to dessert, the menu will reflect the best from our dinner menu, as well as some surprises for New Year's Eve.”

The six course special New Year’s Eve meal at Rialto will be $150 per couple, which includes two glasses of Prosecco (tax and gratuity not included) and will feature:

    First Course:
Trio of Spreads, Charcuterie Cheese Board containing Prosciutto San Daniele, Toscana con Pepe, Sotocenere and Blu di Bufala.

    Second Course:
    Frutti di Mare and Caponata.

    Third Course:
    Rucola Salad and Pizza Margarita.

    Fourth Course:
Branzino, Cime di Rapa, Polpette, and Capesante.

    Fifth Course:
Risotto di Scampi, Bistecca Rialto and Asparagi.

    Sixth Course:
    Tiramisu.

“This is a special night so make your reservation and spend the evening with us enjoying fine food, good friends, and in an atmosphere befitting the occasion,” says Fichter.

Rialto is the third restaurant opened by entrepreneurs Ben Kirane, and Moe and Joe Idrissi. Located in the heart of Georgetown at 2915 M Street NW, Rialto offers world-class Italian food in an upscale atmosphere. The décor is unique, custom made, and most of the items have been imported from Europe. The restaurant features partially open kitchens, fresh pasta, imported specialty ingredients, fresh seafood, and a cheese counter. To learn more, visit the site at: www.RialtoDC.com.
