    Donations from foreign governments to aid Typhoon Yolanda survivors are being opened . DSDW is opening pre-packaged food packages, Packages are usually for 1 person. they are removing tins of meat and reselling it at markets and to survivors at a reduced price. Free donations are being sold to push people into self sufficiency. According to 1 Government Official
