Are Haitians born of illegal parents STATELESS???...not according to US and The Bahama Immigration rules..

The Bahamas , Trinidad Tobago and other Caribbean Nations are deporting illegals migrants , sometime by the thousands, many were born in those islands , such is the case of Many Haitians children in The Bahama who are deported back to Haiti , a country that they have never seen and sometime do not speak Creole, only English,
Such is the case of many Haitians ,now adults that have live their whole life in The Bahamas, migrated illegally to the US , living in large cities all over the US until one day ,these people have issues with the law, The US department of justice first try to send them back to The Bahamas , which in turn , inform the US that those people , even though were born in The Bahamas 20, 30 years ago ,are NOT FROM THE BAHAMAS ...and are HAITIANS...
Same problem is happening in the Dominican Republic ,but with a twist, Hundreds of non-profit organization , religious groups as the Jesuits, The Kennedy group, USAID, and other are accusing the DR of racism , xenophobia, hate and any excuses possible to try to keep the hundred of Thousands of Haitians that were born in the DR to illegal parents , in the Dominican Republic free of deportation, Using many tactics as International , intimidation of boycott and economical consequences while other islands and countries get away with it ,legally and according to their laws.. Many were brought to DR as babies ,Many were born in Dominican Hospital because of Humanitarian reasons under the policy and agreement that after the service were provide for FREE to the Haitians mothers, they would return to Haiti, but annually over 50,000 Haitians children have been born in the DR since 2004, way before the Earthquake in Haiti.
Can one country be forced to accept the problems of the dying neighbor, while other are free to enforce their laws, similar to the one in the DR since 1929.?? Can the International Community expect 2 poor Nations to compete for the same resources , jobs, hospitals, services, without any Ethnic conflicts, when one of the 2 is illegal in the other state??? Can the International Community expect Dominicans not to notice that other Islands 200 miles away have all the right to deport all illegal Haitians, while they are forced to accept 1/2 of Haiti ,under the threat of the International court ???.
In the words of of Marine Le pen...president of the French Nationalist party.. " The Haitian territorial Invasion of the Dominican Republic is organized and programmed to replace the Dominican population , The Dominican Republic doe not have the means to assimilate all of them, The result will be an unprecedented racial conflict, when Dominican see their reality"....
In other words , The International community is playing with fire again, Nothing new in this world, just check recent world history back in the 90s in the Balkans and Africa.
