"I waited for cars to drive by, hoping the parked car would be moved or replaced with an expensive fancy car worthy of a five-star hotel guest, but I was cold and accepted the reality of the moment as it was," the 52-year-old Swiss video director told CNN.
"Looking at the photo now, it's kind of funny that this little car is there rather than a big fancy SUV. Kind of says "The little car that could"," he says.

Lausanne is my home town, but I had not been back there in quite a while. I was pleasantly surprised to rediscover my little city all dolled up for Christmas. I felt a little sad I had left my home town so long ago, but was thrilled to see it in a new light.
