    UK Flooding

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jonbyrne told me, 'As things stand we are hearing that the worst for the night has passed but there's another high tide at 7.45am tomorrow and another surge is expected. Luckily there has been minimal damage and no danger to homes and people, although some local business will have been affected, which we will be able to see at morning light.'

A storm surge in the River Humber causes high waves and flooding on the promenades of Cleethorpes.
