Legacy of Longevity of Nelson Mandela

Amongst the many legacies of Nelson Mandela will be his most enduring legacy of Longevity. Less than 1% of the worlds population lives to the age of 95. I have documented the secrets of his longevity and will place it on You tube in the next day or two.During the 6 years that I was in South Africa, I was in the same room with him twice. He was well guarded by his body guards both the times and on one occasion my camera would have been directly 10 feet across from him and my request to take his photograph was denied by the body guard stating that the flash would affect his eyes adversely and I had to withdraw but then in the mail I received his picture. The second time was about 50 feet away and it was his 87th birthday and I refrained from taking his picture. Seen below the image of Mandela which I received in mail is a research group around that time that reflected the rainbow nation which he envisioned as one in which people of all races siting together at a table and working together in Cape Town, South Africa in 2006.
