    Burning Alive

Bangladesh is passing a stress session it is not because of economic crisis, not for terrorism but for politics. Country is witnessing chaotic outbreaks of the political parties. The ongoing continuous blockades and strikes that are given to earn the political demands of getting the power to serve the nation have severely hampering the life of the nation’s general citizens. Country’s economic perspective in no question where it would be considering level of violence created by political fueled hooligans as the total of 52 people or more died so far in last 3 weeks or so.

Vehicles are burning, properties are burning and not but least humans are burning. From children to old citizen all are burning in the flame of politics, who have no relation to politics. Activists set fire on the vehicles even if there are passengers on the vehicles. People have to go out to earn their livelihood; they are not in a position to sit in home and have money by corruption. They don’t go out to attend the antagonistic politics but they are being burnt on fire with petrol bomb everyday as if like burning coal. The national hospital burn unit is now filled with burnt patients who are fighting with their lives, as the days are progressing now the hospital don’t have that much of capacity to treat those patients. Now burning lives has become an option of politics to earn the demand. Approximately 40 people are burnt and many of them have loosened the battle between the life and death.
Roads are blocked, rail tracks uprooted not even considering the risk of killing of hundreds of passengers who are riding in it. All in all it’s the fear that is burning the people alive intrinsically.

Awami League says at any cost they want election and BNP says at any cost they want care taker government. Ongoing situation is very clear by the term At Any Cost. It is the cost that has to be paid by the general people by losing property or by losing their life. It’s raining and the rainy days are plenty ahead, only the politicians can solve this problem by coming on to a mutual understanding for the sake of the country and the people.
