IN an Op Ed in today's New York Times Nobel prize winning economist Thomas Friedman talks about how the world is starting to cross over from the "digital divide" to the world of a "motivational divide". With "screens" becoming available to the masses in even the poorest countries, those countries with more motivated citizens will do better then those countries without motivated citizens. Does that bode well for the citizens of the US who for the most part seem to feel "entitled" and don't look to be self motivated???
