What is there left to do?

In a country where the right to private property is wildly violated, where the right to freedom of expression is abusively denied, where the right to freedom of movement is constrained, what is there left to do?

Today at Pungesti, elderly, women, young people and even children, were lifted up and thrown into vans by these "heroes" of our times, the policemen.

The people that came there to defend their land, were simply trampled because they had the guts to say STOP. I wonder how many of us have this will power and heat to say STOP, nowadays?

People abusively removed from their lands, people lied to their face by those they had elected, people mocked and beaten in their own “home”. This was the cruel and sad scenario of Saturday - December 7th, Pungesti, Vaslui, Romania.

The children look scared and do not understand a thing, elder people look helpless as their freshly sown lands are trampled on by hundreds of policemen, and the young ones are taken away, beaten and loaded in the county police cars like animals.

If you look carefully, you see that the ones who wave our country’s flag and the ones who try to defend their land and rights, are the ones who have to suffer the cops’ violence.

When are we going to wake up for real and realize that only united we can change and save Romania?
