    Second Winter Storm Hits East Coast

    The East Coast was and continues to be hit hard; this time by the second winter storm of the year. Previously, a storm hit just before the Thanksgiving holiday, causing power outages, deaths, and wintry conditions.

    Today's storm is expected to dump as much as 18 inches in Northern New York State. Pictured above is an area in Western New York, where snow has hit for a second time in only two weeks. The region is expected to receive anywhere from 4 to 14 inches.

    Visibility is quite low and driving conditions hazardous. Over 22 deaths have been attributed to this storm which caused significant problems in Texas due to excessive ice and in Chicago.
