    Retrospective Johannesburg

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Zimbabwean student Tatenda026 felt inspired by the many different sides of the South African city of Johannesburg to take these images around various neighborhoods. "I love the artistic side of Johannesburg," he said. "It's very rustic and the people are warm. It is a great [source] of inspiration to me."
    - sarahbrowngb, CNN iReport producer

Johannesburg is a Beautiful City in South Africa. My approach to the town is from an artistic point of view. The modernising of the town has been developed over the old infrastructure. Art and diversity is the main heart beat of the city's people. They are warm at heart, accommodating and always engaging to new trends.

I have Attached images of the town street images. the Nelson Mandela Bridge, Panoramic of the town.

Maboneng is a place that is down town Johannesburg and it was old factory warehouses that have been renovated into a chill out area. There is a Bioscope, Cafes, Art galleries, Loft and apartments and a market over the weekend or during the week at night.

The Brenda Fassie Statue. She is one of South Africa's icons in music. She passed away in 2004 and a statue was erected in honor of her and people sit next to her and take images.
