Continued #1 - UHA Owes Me an Apology and Compensation

Reported to Three Top Executives in 2012
I reported my experienced harassment from Sarah and other Filipino coworkers at workplace to top 3 executive officers individually in April 2012 and May 2012. The first two ignored me. Then I went to EAP to complain it on 5/7/12. On 5/9/12, I talked to UHA CEO, Howard, to complain harassment at workplace and also harassment in society from gangsters.
Unfortunately, he asked me to see my primary doctor. Followed Howard’s instruction, I went to see my doctor Kuribayashi in Kaiser and then a behavioral specialist. I had blood drawn and urine tests. About 2 weeks later, I received my doctor’s evaluation letter that concluded: “no significant finds.” In June I had telephone appointment with my doctor, she said: “You are doing fine.” “You are doing great.” I asked and got her permission for discontinuing seeing the behavioral specialist.
On 9/7/12, Howard firmly asked me to see Psychiatrist due to the same day I sent an email to about 15 UHA employees including Howard. The email attached my writing exposed unbearable harassment during my cruise vacation in August 2012. I was forced to see my doctor again. My doctor was advised by UHA to send me to see a psychiatrist. The Psychiatrist didn’t find anything wrong about me, but felt that I spent too much energy to the harassment. She prescribed a medicine of Risperdal that is for fear only. I didn’t take the medicine due to I didn’t and don’t have the symptom of fear.
On 12/10/12, I talked with Howard in his office. It was my request for following up my complaint regarding Sarah’s harassment and gang’s harassment. I was stunned because Howard threatened me at the first by asked me if I took the medicine which prescribed by my Psychiatrist. I answered “no”. He said he can order me to take the medicine. Later Howard forcefully said: “I am going to order you to stay home until you take the medication.”
Three UHA top Executive Officers had totally disregarded my complaint. In fact, they were unhappy with me. I had felt puzzled mostly was why they hadn’t brought attention to all employees regarding wrong doing in work place? I hadn’t seen any emails and hadn’t heard any words. It proved that UHA supports Sarah’s wrong doing! (By the way, this year on 2/15/13, UHA added sentences of not allow bully and harassment at workplace in Employee handbook.)
                                    My special and unique lawsuit
Since January 2013, I had overheard about my lawsuit opened in UHA. It probably began in late November, 2012. It is special and unique lawsuit in Hawaii that my lawyer and legal panel don’t contact me at all. They contact UHA daily. In fact nobody contacted me regarding the lawsuit, but I had overheard many times per day and everyday about information regarding my lawsuit at workplace.
Since the lawsuit started, I noticed that there were additional coworkers harassed me. My nearby female employee constantly called me “evil”. On 2/22/13 she made a comment: “She buys a diamond for her funeral.” On 4/26/13, she stated: “I wish she had an accident”. Besides her, I also heard criticism and swear words towards me from other employees.
My computer was hacked.  In May 2013, I heard several times from a male employee in the Marketing Dept. He said, “She is writing, she is writing.” I also noticed that several co-workers, in different department, were able to read from my computer while I was typing although they couldn’t see the monitor.  I also noticed some coworkers were discussing what related to my writing although I didn't send or publish it yet.  After monitoring this situation for 2 weeks, I was sure that my computer was hacked.
On 5/29/13, I sent email to IT manager and asked to disable the function of my computer that allowed co-workers to see what I was typing and what file I was using immediately. Lying has been UHA’s tradition. The manager didn’t reply me through the email instead asked me to come to his office and then denied. IT didn’t disable the function of my computer.
On 6/4/13, I sent another email to IT manager and wrote, “You haven't disabled my computer's function …. It is huge harassment in workplace…” As I mentioned in the beginning of this writing that I was informed for leave with pay before 4:00 pm.
I heard several times from different employees on different dates that it worth 7 million for catching my “stare”. Catching my “stare” had been most important task for the employees. They calculated time of my going to restroom, going to lunch room, and going out for a walk; so that they would plan ahead to follow me and wait for me in those places in order to catch my “stare”. I remembered a male employee felt shocked and said: “Everyone was watching her!” after he came back from a walk in May 2013. I realized that I was under UHA’s employees’ “supervision” and societal people’s monitoring.
I also overheard many times about date of settlement, but ended up with postponed again and again.
UHA repeatedly sent me to behavioral specialists for five times
My mental health has been great. I didn’t see any psychiatrist or psychologist or mental specialist prior May, 2012. Because UHA tried hard to get away from its responsibilities, the executives intentionally ignored the harassment and found easy way and quick way to fix my complaint that was to send me to psychiatrist again and again!
In 2012, I was forced to see behavioral specialist in May and see Psychiatrist Suzuki in September. This year in May, UHA mandatory required me to call EAP (changed from local to the mainland) and to get a psychiatrist. The reason was my eyes didn’t contact with people. I preferred to see my psychiatrist in Kaiser, and UHA reluctantly agreed to it. My psychiatrist said, “It shouldn’t be a problem for eyes not contacting people at workplace unless to a significant person.”
On June 27, 2013 I was assigned to see her again. She provided me for cognitive test. Then she wrote, “No overt evidence for cognitive deficit, and suspect deficits related to English as second language and test anxiety.”
On June 24 & 25, I was assigned to see Psychologist Farkas for a Fitness for Duty Examination. At the first, he said he would not give me his report of my evaluation due to his agreement with UHA. He said his report would be the similar as he orally talked me. He didn’t say that I have psychosis at all. In fact he said I was very cooperative. When I asked my tests, he said, “You are very intelligent.” He only said, “you are little suspicious.”
The reason of my eyes not contacting people is to prevent or minimize lies or wrong accusation from people because I had some experience regarding lies. On 4/9/13, when I was getting off the Bus at the front door, I noticed that there was a big lady sitting by the door in my right side. In order to avoid suspicion of looking at her, I turned my head to the left, meanwhile both eyes looking at my left shoulder with 80% closing eye lids. I quickly came off the Bus and said, “Thank you!” to the bus driver without looking at him. Surprisingly, the driver accused me “stared him” later.
In March 2013, when I was waiting for traffic lights by Macy’s in Downtown, I glanced down at satellite hall entrance and then quickly (less than 2 minutes) back on the street. I blurrily saw one guy standing downstairs. Unfortunately, he accused me “stared him” later. Since then I decided not to look at people in order to prevent lying or wrong accusation of staring.  (See Continued #2)
