Hard working Americans CAN’T legally have two jobs!
It works like this. These agreements stipulate that you cannot take a second job ensuring loyalty and unhindered focus and demand on their employees guarded by the threat of firing that stipulates if you’re not working exclusively for that company you can be fired! You will be fired! There have been firings.
People get fired all the time over these frivolous hideous policies that are protected by law. Basically American laws protect employers and case after case hard working Americans can be fired over it.
It sickens my heart to learn that just because ordinary simple every day hard working Americans cannot make ends meet, have extremely high demands on their meager incomes that they cannot work a second job to pay the bills, pay child support or otherwise get by because the threat to their company is what, they might be tired sometimes and not give 100% all the time day in and day out?
This goes deeper and more extensive than just having a second job, its typically written in such a way to prevent employees from becoming entrepreneurial and creating their own futures and dreams, building towards their own goals.
What kind of ANTI-CAPITALIST society are these agreements where ordinary folks can’t try and get ahead in life by building their own dreams or working hard towards their rights to the American dream? Don’t worry; your cousins in Canada to the north have the same problem, in fact this is not unique. People all around the world are being victimized by this predatory set of agreements.
What needs to happen is governments all across the globe should stand up and make sure that people are protected against the right to work hard. Create laws to protect people from being trapped into these types of agreements.
Please warn the population CNN, do the right thing.
