    Cathedral under Erosion Risk

The cathedral of Sasamón, North-west spanish city in the province of Burgos, suffers the consequences of the economic crisis.
However, the Spanish and European Union authorities doesn´t invest here to save the rich heritage of this town.
At the pictures we can see important and structural damages at the cathedral. The Roman Empire Mosaic inside of this cathedral is being damaged by the pass of the time.
We claim to the world wide to do pressure to the Spanish and European authorities in order to save this important heritage, which is part of the important legacy of the past. Important to European people, Americans,...
The origins of Europe and the History came from this legacy, and the Authorities are doing nothing to save this rich heritage, which will disappear in a few years if nobody invest on repair it.

An important campaign is active on Twitter, where people from the worldwide can help to this village using the Hashtag #SaveSasamon
