MSJ Productions Presents: The Kelley Williams-Bolar Story

When finding out that you’re pregnant, mothers to be are very excited and happy. As a mother you want the best for your child no matter what. This is what Kelley Williams-Bolar wanted for her kids, simply the best. All mothers’ can relate, right? Bolar decided in 2007 to send her two daughters to a highly ranked school in neighboring Copley-Fairlawn School District. A school that wasn’t located in the inner city and in the district where she lived at that time. How did she do this you ask? She used her father’s address so that her children could get the best education possible. As a result, Ms. Bolar was arrested, charged with two felonies (grand theft and tampering with documents), and worst of all had to be away from her children for ten days. Bolar states, “ While I was incarcerated I prayed and thought about my kids. I did this for them.” As if Kelley wasn’t going through a lot already, her father was involved in the situation. He too was arrested because it was his address used for the kids to go to a better school. Sadly, to say Mr. Williams passed away while being incarcerated from this sad ordeal.

Today in 2013 Ms. Kelley Williams-Bolar is doing spectacular!! She’s doing so well that her life story is being made into a film!  Look at how God works. It was told to Ms. Bolar that she wouldn’t be able to teach again (which she’s currently doing) and she’s making a film! What was heard about, reported on, and told, will now be in a movie! That’s right folks, the Kelly Williams-Bolar film  will be co-produced by Kelley herself and Stephen Stix Josey of MSJ Productions will be producing and directing the film. When interviewing Ms. Bolar, I asked “ What do you want people to get from this film?” Bolar states, “ I want my story to help other parents and grandparents.” This story was so big that mayors changed laws in their towns regarding education and this situation to make it better for everyone. Ms. Bolar has gone to various speaking engagements telling her story to those around the world. Receiving a standing ovation Ms. Bolar is proud to bring awareness to the youth, parents and grandparents.

This story brings knowledge and understanding to all parents. I mean is it really fair for someone to go to prison for wanting to provide a great education for his or her children? I’m excited that Stephen “Stix” Josey and Kelley Williams-Bolar have joined forces. As Mr. Josey’s publicist, I will be the first to tell you the cast is epic! We have Garret Davis a great actor, Latavia Roberson from the hit show RnB Divas and a former member of the R&B group Destiny’s Child, Lucius Baston who just filmed with Kevin Hart of whom will be an Associate Producer and acting in the film as well. To see who else will be playing in the film, well you will have wait and see sometime in 2014!! Let me tell you this film will be the most talked about and most influential film of the year!! MSJ Productions is making serious moves!! I can’t stress enough the positive impact that this film will have. I won’t be surprised if it’s seen in schools later on down the line. It was talked about all over the news, in China, it was on YouTube, a skit was even made about the story and even celebrities such as Sean “ P Diddy” Combs got involved to assist Ms. Bolar in anyway he could. The Kelley Williams-Bolar movie will open up so many doors and will have a tremendous impact for years to come. This film will make you cry, smile, and give you a great feeling in your heart. I already give it 5 stars. Ms. Bolar has endured so much from her situation that her life story will help so many other people. The outcome of her situation has affected so many people that they are filled with hope, joy, and faith. Ms. Bolar thank you for telling me your story. I look forward to this highly anticipated movie that will be so monumental and breathtaking.
