Man arrested for 28 days Hunger Strike

Gurbaksh Singh a sikh from Punjab, India. Went on a hungerstrike since 14 November, 2013 to protest against the brutal and false arrestments of the sikhs the minorities in India.
This raises more alarm when no local media reported this case(due to authorities pressure). So far only the Sikh Channel the only media through which the outside world got to know about this case.
It became even bizzare when the local authorities tried to shut him up by arresting him and send him to Ropar Jail after he had been on the hunger strike for nearly 20 days.Although this is still an on going matter but isn't it shocking that this is happening in the world's largest Democracy (What 's the difference with China). My point to report this true news to you is so that you can look into and see for yourself the seriosness and help these needy people to voice out what the government is trying to surpress
