Lawrence of Arabia - Peter O Toole

I remember going to the cinema hall to watch Lawrence of Arabia, starring Peter O Toole. This film was my brother's favorite film, mostly because of the great acting skills of Peter O Toole, and it was a very long film I remember,  they showd the end of the film at the beginning how he Peter O Toole, was riding fast on his motor bike and it crashes and he dies, and I thought that he had died in real life at that time, I was small and could not understand the film at that time, I remember tugging at my brother's shirt sleeve and asking him whether Peter O Toole had died for real, he said No, he is only acting in the film. He had beautiful blue eyes that were so mesmerizing, and magnetic to watch.

Although Peter O Toole had acted in stage plays and other films I had seen him only in this film and Beckett, I can't remember Beckett much, but I think that was also a sad film. His best acting skills was I think in Lawrence of Arabia, as at that time the film was higly acclaimed  promoted as one of the best films of that time, even today it is a favourite and much sought after film., on DVD.

I know had my brother being alive today, he would have been sad to hear of the demise of Mr.Peter O Toole.

Another episode that I remember well was going hunting for the Lawrence of Arabia DVD to give it as a present for my brother's Bday, and I managed to get an old copy but an original from a DVD shop owner at that time. My brother was thrilled to get it from me.

Rest in Peace Mr. Peter O Toole.... I will never forget your character in the Lawrence of Arabia, the sound that came out from that cinema hall was sound breaking, I cannot describe the music that went with the film, it was just awesome, the only part that I closed my eyes were when the two boys who acted as Lawrence's two helpers got caught in a sand storm and Lawrence tried his very best to rescue them and failed, that and the accident were the saddest part of the story in the film.
