43rd victory day and democracy of my country Bangladesh
Its been a long time lost interest of writing to CNN I report.
My wife discourage me to write anything regarding the political mayhem in my country. Current situation in Bangladesh is really unpredictable government forces and different political parties’ conflict going around places .democracy in torment and in questions. Recent amend mend ict law of the country is really makig us uncomfortable According to the Section 57 of the ordinance, if any person deliberately publishes any material in electronic form that causes to deteriorate law and order, prejudice the image of the State or person or causes to hurt religious belief the offender will be punished for maximum 14 years and minimum 7 years imprisonment. It also suggested that the crime is non-bailable. It won’t create concern if our law enforcers were professional enough or could work out of political influence. There is no assurance that the law will not be abused.
The upcoming election scheduled to held on January where the major opposition party and many other parties denied to join demanding a non political election time government a neutral governing body . Political unrest and many others relevant issues. Meanwhile a leader of a party named Jamat e Islami hang up creates serious turmoil in the country .their supporters collide with police and RAB forces many districts in the country many killed when open fires by security forces creating further dilemma. A MP of ruling party and his followers attacked by opposition supporters and around 3 to 5 people noticed died.
UN and EU envoys asked for mutual discussion for a peaceful and collaborated election. But government seems hard on their ways and they asked all parties to join election under current constitution. But all they are denying causing serious unrest for last couple of months .many people burnt where buses with passengers were burnt brutally both opposition ang government claims each other for such incidents business, communications and emergency services is under serious risk.total economy is breaking down. People those living hand to mouth is facing serious troubles .business is in serious threat all the community asking government and opposition to finish this by mutual understanding but nothing is seems still working. Government forces are handling situations in tough orders few opposition leader was killed with direct gunshots and unarmed situations is making the human rights under questions.
Bangladesh is enjoying 43rd victory day today .42 years after our democracy still in crisis said by many intellectual in and out of the country .In the deep night of victory day police and combine forces targeted some countryside for security reasons and around 5 people is dead and many others injured many houses torched by agitated people protesting the killings whereas police said they killed in clashes.

The government is taking further tight program to control such situations they are going for a country wide hunt to find people who are involved in unrest across the country with combine forces .government and their associates leaders also asked to stay in focus ...to be continued..
