New Parenting Book Tells How Doctor-Moms Lose Weight and Feel Great
Allentown, PA, December 14, 2013 -- Momosa Publishing LLC, publisher of the Mommy MD Guides book series, is pleased to announce the fourth book in its successful Mommy MD Guides book series, The Mommy MD Guide to Losing Weight and Feeling Great!
To create this new book, authors Rallie McAllister, MD, MPH, and Jennifer Bright Reich interviewed 50 Mommy MD Guides—doctors who are also mothers. Combined, these physicians have centuries of medical expertise, and they share the real-world parenting experiences of raising hundreds of children and dozens of grandchildren. The Mommy MD Guides are experts—squared.
The book is packed with more than 700 tips, plus Dr. McAllister’s own program Take Five! The Mommy MD Guide program for maximum weight loss success.
The book also features more than 50 favorite recipes recommended by the doctors featured in the book. These recipes are all nutritious and delicious; they’re family-tested and Mommy MD Guides-approved! All recipes were tested in the publishers’ test kitchen.
The company also publishes The Mommy MD Guide to Pregnancy and Birth, The Mommy MD Guide to Your Baby’s First Year, and The Mommy MD Guide to the Toddler Years.
Co-authors Dr. McAllister and Reich are passionate about their mission: We help moms raise healthier, happier families.
The books in the series and companion website www.mommymdguides.com all are filled with tips that Mommy MD Guides, doctors who are also mothers, use for their own families. The reassuring, trusted, and often even humorous tips in this book series are presented in the Mommy MD Guides’ own words, and each tip is clearly attributed to the doctor who lived it.
The Mommy MD Guides answer readers’ questions for free at MommyMDGuides.com. They also answer media questions, by email or phone, via the portal at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Reich directly at email@example.com.
