Your Perfect Diet: How to Customize Your Diet for Weight Loss and Great Health

Your Perfect Diet: How to Customize Your Diet for Weight Loss and Great Health

Natural health expert, Ronald M. Bazar is pleased to announce the release of his new book, Your Perfect Diet: How to Customize Your Diet for Weight Loss and Great Health.

Mr. Bazar contends that one diet cannot suit everyone since body types and health conditions are different. That is the major downfall of the diet crazes and diet gurus. He also says that over 90% of weight-loss diets fail to produce results that last over the long term

Your Perfect Diet shows readers how diet crazes and diet gurus mislead and fail because they do not focus on each person’s uniqueness. For most people, the problem with other diets is that weight originally lost quickly comes back. And each time this happens, they feel worse and may gain even more weight than when they started. Nothing has changed their chronic weight or health condition.

Readers might ask themselves, “What is different about this book, and why should I pay any attention to what the author has to say? Can there really be a perfect diet for me? And how in the world can this author make such a claim?” Bazar says these are great questions, and he encourages readers to be very skeptical at all times.

Mr. Bazar tackles questions like: Stop eating red meat and dairy? Eat soy instead? Is healthy margarine better than butter? Is a low fat diet best? Or is high protein better? Carbs or not? Eggs OK? Coffee?

This book will teach readers how to find what works for them, and it will be customized for their unique body. This is not a “body type” diet. Bazar says those type of diets just don’t work for most people, and the same goes for any prescribed diet the experts claim people should eat!

“Because everyone is so unique, people can’t be stuffed into boxes, told what to eat and expect success. If you have tried and are reading this, you know it doesn’t work! The only diet that works is the one that you customize for yourself!” says Mr. Bazar, “Let me show you how to find your personal diet and, when you do, you will know deep inside that it is right for you. This book reveals how to customize your diet, for you and it is not a blood type or body type diet or message!”

Your Perfect Diet is available in both print and ebook format.
