How to Cope with Holiday Stress

The holiday season can be a particularly stressful time for many people for various reasons.

The expense of buying presents, the pressure of last minute shopping on a busy schedule and the high expectations of having a perfect family Christmas are all triggers that can lead to a very stressful time of year.

For those alone in the holidays it can often lead to feelings of abandonment isolation and loss. Separation and divorce bereavement, becoming a step family or just reflecting on the year gone by can all lead to anxiety and stress.

The holidays are meant to be a happy and jolly time however this isn't how everyone feels at this time of year.
Many people find it difficult to de-stress in the holidays.

Our report is a three minute mind meditation that will help you cope with holiday stress. The suggestions we give will help you to relax and see things in a different light. You will feel energized, calm and able to enjoy the festivities.
Watch daily for a stress-free mind.
