    Mind, Body and Soul

If you want to keep your body fit, first you need to keep your mind and soul fit.
This fact has been already now well accepted that meditation calms down your body, soul and brain. There are many types of  meditation techniques available today. I have tried a few of them and  every one of them has its own positive points.

I have  tried Bramha Kumari's Raj Yoga meditation and loved it. Best part of it  was that it is free. They do not have any kind of fees for teaching. I  am not writing that is very good only because it is free but when  commercial aspect is not associated with meditation, sense of compassion  sky rockets. I always felt peaceful after doing meditation with Bramha  Kumaris.

Then I had tried Mahesh Yogi's Transcendental  Meditation. This technique is very scientific and may because of that  research, training fees is very very high. Their meditation is based on  certain mantras and according to them if you keep repeating those words,  its frequency helps you meditate better.

Then, recently I came across, Deepak Chopra's new info product Dream Weaver.  This technique is really out of this world. According to this  technique, an audio-video frequency is generated in such a way that it  helps you elevate your consciousness to the higher level. And guys, it  is really great. That feeling you get after following this technique, is  very difficult to describe. You can only feel it. You get that  sensation that you are not a part of this world but you are watching the  world as a third person. If that state of bliss, really exists in this  world, this technique brings you closest to that feeling.
