We had an ice storm yesterday. The problem with an ice storm is that not all the problems happen at once. With our crazy spring weather the storm comes through, tears things up, then we begin the clean-up. With an ice storm, everything gets coated and then, sometimes hours later, the limbs come down after bearing up under the weight as long as they can. I took this picture of our neighbor's bush today as a way of finding something beautiful even though our power was out because of the storm. I can't decide if it looks like some underwater creature or modern art! I do think Dale Chihuly might want to come to get ideas for his glass sculptures!
