UPS.....The worst of them all!
As if that wasn't enough, I ordered all my Christmas gifts online since very early December from Macys. These items had to be shipped separately as they were coming from different locations. I am at this moment still missing two separate shipments again from UPS. These packages had arrived at their Mesquite Tx location that is only about 15 minutes away from me in Garland TX since December 17th. This was seven days ago and they still cannot deliver to me. My kids don't have their Christmas gifts and I can't begin to express how sad and infuriated I am. I have called both Macys and UPS and again all I get is those apologies. I am at my wits end and I don't know who to call at this point. Hence I am using this medium to show how consumers suffer at the hands of the people that are supposed to serve them when these people think no one is watching.
