    UPS.....The worst of them all!

    So I'm in garland Tx checking my credit card account online and there's been a charge on my card at a couples resort in Negril, Jamaica. I immediately called American Express and an apology and refund is quickly given. My account is then temporarily suspended and another card is issued and mailed the same day. A couple of hours later, I get an email saying my new card would arrive the next day via ups with a tracking number. The next would have been 2 days before thanksgiving. Package never came until 2 days fare thanksgiving after numerous calls to ups, and American Express and blame shifting games between the two. American Express said it was out of their hands, while UPS gave me the run around. What irritates me is the apologies that don't yield any results.
    As if that wasn't enough, I ordered all my Christmas gifts online since very early December from Macys. These items had to be shipped separately as they were coming from different locations. I am at this moment still missing two separate shipments again from UPS. These packages had arrived at their Mesquite Tx location that is only about 15 minutes away from me in Garland TX since December 17th. This was seven days ago and they still cannot deliver to me. My kids don't have their Christmas gifts and I can't begin to express how sad and infuriated I am. I have called both Macys and UPS and again all I get is those apologies. I am at my wits end and I don't know who to call at this point. Hence I am using this medium to show how consumers suffer at the hands of the people that are supposed to serve them when these people think no one is watching.
