    Nintendo Reputation at Stake

Nintendo was ill prepared for the season, My son received from us the new game system Wii U from us, as in our family we thought of Nintendo as a fair entertainment corporation, however, we were widely disappointed by the lack of preparation showed by a multinational corporation; Nintendo offered the Wind Waker HD Bundle--Zelda package--with the Zelda game as a download, the Nintendo website was overwhelmed by the paying customers who were turning on those new game systems which needed mandatory updates, furthermore, the system would need to finally download the Zelda game to complete the bundle, both tasks took long hours of frustration for the whole family during Christmas evening and went on for many frustrating hours until this report on the 26th of December 2013 at 1336 hrs.
The Nintendo Corporation did not include a physical copy of the game purchased with the bundle, and did not even prepare for the great numbers of paying customers who needed the support or the basic planning from the Nintendo Corporation to comply with the basic duty as a seller to the greatly disappointed customers around the globe.
As a paying customer I am disappointed that the game has not been operable and I hope this does not happen again.
