    Alcohol Is Worst

How can anyone justify alcohol being legal and pot being illegal? There has never been a person to overdose nor has anyone been the victim of a sexual assault with pot being a contributing factor. Alcohol damages so many organs and the abuse of alcohol contributes to many broken homes. One of the worst things that can come from pot is the munchies. If pot was legalized there would be a major decrease in crime with the government knowing this they will want to keep things the same. I have never smoked and wanted to harm anyone nor have I became a public nuisance. Smoking has avoided trouble for me on countless occassions. Alcohol has the ability to change who a person is while pot can affect minor attributes. When people drink at clubs they become more and more irritated and begin to fight. Now the stoners are either at home or at a resturant. Pot can help with many problems such as nausea cramps aches depression. Why not legalize something that will help you sleep at night. Many prescription drugs even the over the counter ones have twice the amount of side effects as pot does. When I have a terrible day or get into a fight with my significant other I light up somewhere all alone away from anyone put some eye drops in and get back to life. I have one college degree and working on the other I have never been arrested for ANY crime and I work full time. I am not a drug addict I have never smoked around kids nor have I harmed a flea. If America was to legalize it the economy would thrive and crime would be down. These are things the government does not want. Tax it like tobacco is taxed and watch the schools and roads improve. Regulate it like tobacco and make it a felony to sale to a kid or smoke around a kid. America will be a better place.
