    Chance Meetings

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     MarieSager peered into the Robert Reynolds Studio and Gallery in Los Angeles' Art District on December 23 and saw an interesting site, a man wielding an plane made of wood. Intrigued she went inside the gallery and meet the artist who was building an installation for his wooden plane exhibit. 'Aviation is one of my loves,' she said. 'I had to see this piece of art and touch it.'
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

This years end, I was so fortunate during the holidays to meet so many interesting, kind and talented people. I will label that as my gift for this joyful season.

Most of my stories open with, "As I was running some errands, I met...." When you least expect it and open yourself to good communication, magic happens.

As I was walking through the Art District of downtown Los Angeles on my way to the Toy District, I past by an art gallery that housed this magnificent wooden plane. Aviation being one of my many loves, I had to see it. I noticed a man working on the plane and as the door was open, I asked if I could come in and look at the plane, He was so cordial and took time to share his art projects with me. We exchanged our aviation experiences, which made me a happy girl.

Robert Reynolds, is an accomplished artist and you can research his work on the computer and like me be truly impressed. I'm fortunate for this "chance meeting".
