Delhi Poetry Festival - Season II

From established poets to debut scribblers, from revered rhymesters to inspiring rhymers, just like the previous year, this January, the Poets Corner group brings forward the most remarkable cultural festival of the country- the Delhi Poetry Festival! This joyful carnival aims not to recite verses in some monotonous manner, it rather aims to celebrate poetry. More than fifty poets from different parts of the world come together for four days of reading, recitations and discussions at our vibrant venues for different segments such as Jawaharlal Nehru University, Sri Aurobindo College of Arts and Communication and PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Not only this. We have even more attractions to add to your itinerary. Soon after the festival gets inaugurated, we promise you take to the different monuments of the historic city of Delhi in the poetry bus where we will spread the verses and celebrate poetry.

In this event, we have reserved an entire day for young saplings mainly the children aged below 17 years from different schools like Sriram, Sanskriti, Springdales, Amity, DPS, Tagore International etc, Their parents and teachers will join us too and will get a chance to see their young children show cast their talent of penning and reciting poetry.

Celebrity poets and lyricists like Irshad Kamil, Sandeep Nath, Ibrahim Ashk, Aseem Abbasee will also be adding charm to this event.

So finally the time has arrived to gear up for the event. Please keep checking our Facebook updates to know more!
