Icy Artic Winter in the State of MInnesota for Weeks!

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     CarlaOsays it has been freezing cold in St. Paul, Minnesota, the past two week with temperatures dropping to -10 degrees in her area. She says it's so cold that water instantly freezes into ice and icicles are a common sight. She says it’s so cold right now that and you could freeze your hand within minutes if you are not wearing any gloves. Despite the frigid temperatures, she says extremely cold weather in St. Paul is normal in January.

    Happy New Years Every Beings,

It has been extremely cold for the past few weeks in the State of Minnesota. The temperature has been 10-20 below zero and a icy cold wind chill too. May God Almighty be with all of Us that are facing the severe weather conditions. The roads has been very slippery. When the snow plowers come out and put sand or salt down it is safer to drive. I have my thermostat turned all the way up to 85 degrees and it is still cold to us. So we have to wear socks and thermals inside all the time to help us stay warm.

Thank you so much for taking the time to view the moments that I captured for the past two weeks. Have a Good New Year of 2014. God Bless You All.

    Carla O.
Servant & Believer of God Almighty
