Snow Plow Conga Line - First Winter Storm 2014

New England had it's first snow storm of the new year 2014. With the snow basically light in comparison to past storms the snow was relatively easy to move. The concerns with the storm was the amounts that ranged from minimal inches to 18 inches plus depending on your location and snow blowing drifts. Also the high tide was a concern in the low lying areas. Snow crews were out early as seen from these snow plow conga lines and with many business's and schools closed for the day it made the clean up easy officials said. Its seems rear that we get these extreme low temperatures plus and minus single digests for such an extended period on time.

Stay warm and safe, be cautious in your snow clean up efforts, check on your neighbors and help clean out around the closest fire hydrant in your neighborhood.

The snow can be a pretty sight to see and photograph, be aware of your surroundings, be smart and have fun in the snow.

    Welcome to 2014.
