    Pali Overlook at O'ahu---40 MPH winds

    If you want a really quick "thrill", go to the Pali Scenic Overlook. Its parking lot borders the overlook. 40 mph winds blow VERTICALLY  at the overlook as evidenced by the tourist in the photo.

     

     

    Word to the wise, do NOT wear a cap as you walk across the parking lot to the overlook.
