Because myself exercise daily including eating healthy, detoxing, running, hiking and drink a lot of water. I think its already an image for my kids as eating veggies, fruits and exercise is the way to stay healthy. I think my kids now are my trainer cause they told me not to eat this and that also remind me to workout or Take them to a hike. … my kids are 5 girl hiking, yoga, dance with me and age 3 boy hiking, yoga, cardio as well lol they r my trainer.
