Tip for healthy teens
I remember my daughter (an undereater) as a 4 year old lifting up a lunchbox saying,"Wow, Mom, there must be a lot of protein in here!"
And now that she is a teen and I am a marathoner later in life, she gets daily reminders, "hydrate - you need water!" It is sort a mutual reminder.
