    Inside the BCS Official Hospitality Village

     
    Earlier in the day of the 2014 BCS National Championship sports fans and celebrities rallied at the Official VIP Corporate Hospitality Village operated by PrimeSport and hosted by Heisman Trophy winner Eddie George, FSU Alum & NFL Pro-Bowler Warrick Dunn, and Auburn Alum & NFL Pro-Bowler Takeo Spikes.

    Bobby Bowden (Former Florida State University (FSU coach) enjoyed catching up with Auburn Alum Takeo Spikes. They became acquainted when Coach Bowden tried to recruit Spikes for college ball.

    Heisman Trophy winner Eddie George wore another hat while hosting, trying his hand at DJing during the fan and cheerleaders' pep rally. During the Auburn rally, Takeo Spikes took the stage to jazz up the crowd.

    Retired NBA player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is pictured alongside actress Cheryl Hines (Suburgatory). Miami-born Hines rooted for her favorite, FSU, sharing her tale of family hi-jinks when her sister-in-law scaled the goal posts during a college game.

    American Idol winner Taylor Hicks professed his love of the Alabama team. Hicks performed during the BCS National Championship broadcast.

    Emmy-winning actor Tony Hale (VEEP) relaxed in the California sun before enjoying the championship.
    Former UCLA head coach Terry Donahue stopped by the party and red carpet.

    Actor Joe Lo Truglio (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) attending the BCS National Championship red carpet.

    Celebrities and fans alike all enjoyed the refreshments and gaming stations at the Official VIP Corporate Hospitality Village.

    Both teams and fans enthusiastically celebrated their accomplishments coming this far to compete for the National Championship. Even though only one could reign supreme, the teams felt the love all day and throughout the nail-bitter of a game.

    Florida State University Seminoles beat the Auburn Tigers 34-31 in the 2014 VIZIO BCS National Championship Game at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California.
