    TUKTOYAKTTUK BULLCHUCK

    Dear Mr. Harper,

Oh great leader of the most high? Can you recite the following 3 times in 30 sec…You may get the hint!

HOW MUCH BUCKS, CAN MY PAYCHECK CHUCK, IF MY CHECK HAD BUCKS LEFT TO CHUCK. IT WOULDN’T CHUCK BUCKS, IF IT HAD BUCKS TO CHUCK, FOR A ROAD TO TUKTOYAKTTUK.

Ok, enough is enough Stephen! Just when I tough you couldn’t get more ignorant, after your replies to the Wallen, Duffy, Wright and Ford scandals, you go and prove me wrong with a highway to nowhere. Not sure if you’ve notice, but our buck is once again going south! But then again, I wouldn’t be surprised, as you said you didn’t know about a 30 thousand dollar check written by your right hand man Mr. wright?? You know, there is talk that they want to populate Mars in the near future, what about a road there too? Actually forget I just suggested that…You might just consider it. Now I’m just a plain old lower middle class taxpayer, but c’mon, a $300 million dollar road to Tuktoyakttuk? Barely a population of 800 and tucked away in never never land…What were you plucking thinking? Now I’m sure the Tuktoyakttans would enjoy cheaper milk and bread but I’m sure Mr Diefenbaker didn’t have that in mind back in the 50s. I truly hope you’re not just doing this because of a Wikileaks memo in 2010 regarding the U.S. Ambassador David Jacobson suggesting that you’re “All Toque and no mukluks” Whatever the reasons are for your brilliant plan? We’ll never know. The fact of the matter is if I or a handful of people, decided to live in a place tucked away from civilization, paying more for milk and bread would be expected. One would not expect that the water be brought to the horse. It’s no mystery that since the 80s, oil was on the minds of the N.E.P. (National Energy Program) Mr. Harper. Did you not learn a lesson from the Beaufort well Bullchukcrock that bilked taxpayers of thousands of dollars? Luckily Mulroney made for once, a wise decision to pull the plug on it. For those who remember the Mackenzie Delta Valley Pipeline in the 70s which I called it The Valley of broken dreams will also remember the bullchuck that came out of it… I’m sure that the natives remember the Berger Commission and are still waiting to be prepared for the new developments. C’mon Stephen. Take a Mulroney hint! Pluck the Tuktoyakttuk Plug. There are a lot more important things you can do with the so called $300 Million not to mention the Millions in probably the so called cost to maintain it. Furthermore, how the heck do we, (The hard working lower middle class taxpayers) can truly know just how much it actually cost to build and maintain the road to nowhere? Ya ya I know there are watch dogs out there right? Right! I’m sure the Wallins, Duffys or some crack head, pot smoking political dude would find a way to justify the most likely missing millions. For God’s sake Stephen…At least put a pay toll booth on it to lessen the financial burden on us, like that it will only take just a few hundred years to pay for it. Better yet, just leave one of Canada’s few last frontiers alone…They’ve survived hundreds of years just fine. Your stupid highway will eventually ruin everything they stand for. If those who live there really wanted more financial freedom, they have the choice to relocate to Inuvik. The beauty of that 185 klm stretch between Tuk and Inuvik is breath taking. The peace and serenity it provides, is something all City slickers need to experience and appreciate our beautiful but fast fading wide and free country. Harper… If I had the pleasure, privilege and opportunity to live there, I would in heartbeat, and you can bet your bottom buck…I would boycott in every way, shape and form your stupid plan, and most likely have no problem with the Tuks support. I would make Erin Brockovich look like a kindergarten environmental activist. Whatever the case may be, like most of the times…What the tuck I can do about it here? Hey! Maybe a visit there would be a place to start? IN ANY CASE, IT IS, WHAT IT IS….Another buck will be plucked from my paycheck you shmuck for your stupid road to Tuktoyakttuk…OR MAYBE NOT?
