I truly am amazed sometimes by the level of creativity some individuals are able to achieve in business despite all the roadblocks thrown in front of them.

The ability to create and pursue a dream requires dedication and hard work which is something John Roksa - owner of Toronto Tiles seems to have achieved after 25 years in the installation business.

After spending the last 2 years working on creating a unique design process for installing granite decks, patios, walkways and mosaics he has finally perfected and patented this unique process and intends to take it to market in the spring of 2014.

The best part of this process is the eco-friendly use of recycled granite which would normally end up in our land fills and as you can see in the photo above from this local Toronto residence it was well worth the effort.

The ability to create an amazing backyard patio, walkway, entrance way or mosaic is only limited by your imagination or personal preference.

Making something truly unique for your home or business is unlimited and as John has told me, once this has been installed it will probably still be around long after your house falls victim to time and the environment.

I love this concept and was immediately struck by the wow factor when i first viewed this backyard patio and absolutely shocked when John told me this was crafted using recycled materials.

It's the best idea i have seen that combines amazing beauty with the thrift of recycling.

Its great to see a company and individual thinking outside the box and making a creative dream come true.

I salute Toronto Tile Installations and owner John Roksa for continuing the entrepreneurial spirit here in Toronto and would wish them luck but firmly believe there will be a long waiting list for their services come spring.

If you would like to see more about the home where the original installation was performed there is a short video posted too Youtube showing the process.
