Bel Air Maryland Venue Opens New Comedy Club
A new arrangement between Baltimore-based Color Me Funny comedy collective and Main Street Oyster House promises to start bringing ‘nationally-recognized comedians’ to Harford County, Maryland every other week.
The Bel Air seafood restaurant joins venues like the Rocky Gap Casino Resort, Magooby’s, and others by announcing this week that it will be home to the ‘Big Shuckin’ Comedy Show’ every other Friday night beginning on January 24th.
The big difference is that the Main Street Oyster House philosophy is to maintain its ‘no cover’ policy, even for these national quality comedy acts.
The recently opened Main Street Oyster House has “a great reputation for fresh seafood and fresh entertainment, with never a cover charge,” said Jon Ferguson, General Manager at the oyster house. "We are thrilled to add national comedy acts to our Bel Air entertainment schedule that already features local comedy nights, live bands, and our Saturday night dueling pianos show.”
