    Best Protein Powders to Buy

When I was younger, it really didn't matter what protein I used as long as I got enough into my body. I would make sure I got in at least 1 gram per pound of body weight.

But times have changed and there is a lot of information supporting the consumption of whey protein to build muscle which is why I started doing my research. There are SO many different brands of whey protein on the market that I took the liberty to seek out the best brands so you don't have to! Here are my favorite whey protein powders (in order):

    1) Gold Standard Whey Protein - Chocolate

    2) Sun Warrior - Chocolate

    3) Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Cookies 'N Cream

The thing I like most about these protein powder is that they're not loaded with a bunch of excess junk like sugar! If you find a protein powder that has over 5g of sugar per serving, don't buy it. These types of "filler" are just there to make you think you're getting a really great product.

If you're serious about building muscle and burning fat, these protein powders above will do an excellent job. Find out more about working out from my website:
