    Shy Bladder or Paruresis: There Is A Hope For Treatment

    Shy bladder, also commonly known as Paruresis or Bashful Bladder, is a strange condition where the person is unable to pass urine in the public toilet.

    You may not have heard it before but 7% of the Americans are having this condition and since this is quite a secretive condition, not many people knows about it.

    There are some treatment for this and most people would visit a hypnotherapist to treat this condition. There is a report of over 90% success rate in overcoming the shy bladder condition after a few sessions of hypnotherapy.
