This iReport is part of an assignment:
    Severe weather

    Cooling, Cold, Freezing!

As Augusta Georgia goes from a comfortable warm weather to a freezing stiff winter, temperatures go from 60-70 to a shocking 12 and 14 giving schools a delay. Water went from a liquid form to a sold in the matter of 3-5 minutes. Being so cold buses were unable to drive on some roads due to the amount of ice covering the road. Significantly after this polar vortex the weather goes back up to 60-70. This polar vortex put a setback on the students letting them get extra sleep but less time to learn in school. With the weather being so cold that kids had to wear multiple layers of clothes, and some kids getting sick. As the frost spreads across Augusta frosting everything in its way. With roads frozen and windshields frozen more accidents are more likely to happen.
