Black Hawk County, in Iowa, doesn't follow sex offender law

For the last 6 months, the State of Iowa doesn't follow their own sex offender registry law... In June of 2013, someone on the list was removed provided as required by Iowa law. This same person was arrested with their property searched illegally, becasue county officials didn't want to follow state law... Damages are being sought in te amount of $5,000 for harassment, false arrest, and character defamation.

More details on this violation of Iowa State Law can be found here:: http://mike.adnet2010.com/blog/?p=5702

Please contact me to set up an on camera interview... What is being done is criminal harassment by county and state law enforcement. They were sent the same documentation from Iowa DCI... The legal removal was made from the Iowa Sex Offender Registry, but Black Hawk County officials pressed an illegal charge to provide for an illegal search of private property.
