I went bike riding, something thats become a bit of a necessity to manage my disability. Tonight I went a little later, at arond 2:04 am, as I was passing the Hot Dog Heaven next to Santa Rosa drive in orlando, florida a vehicle went into their parking lot, drove across their ditch (Hot dog heavens) towards the sidewalk I was on, paused, then drove across the sidewalk onto the road. It was an awful fright. This is the second time I've seen this vehicle do this, the last time I was in my vehicle. I've had horrible experiences with the orlando police department, unruly, reckless and violent behavior from them on a regular basis. I believe there was an officer in an unmarked vehicle nearby. My previous encounters with Orlando Police Department officials have led me to seek alternative methods of informing the public of events such as this, which has led me to you. I didn't need a cop laughing at me, or threatening to baker act, or arrest me for reporting something like this, no, evidence does not act as support for a claim for them. Thank you for your time.
