    to feel good is an ability

    The ability to feel good is like a muscle;
    the more you use, the stronger it will become.
    You either use it or lose it.

    We usually focus on fears and worries.
    But what we should do is focus our attention on the positive things.
    What are you telling yourself when you worry, you paint pictures in your head that aren´t true but your unconscious mind see the picture you painted and start to figure out a way to make that happen. Because the computer aka brain is programmed to help you achieve your goals and the pictures you send is the task you tell your brain to complete for you. The thoughts and pictures you focus on are workorders for your brain.

    Instead show yourself empowering successfull pictures.
    That picture will show the brain what outcome he must accomplish and you will be amazed about the power your thoughts/pictures/workorders have on your life.

    You become what you focus on!
