By Ketan Tirodkar........ 2 top court judges from India faced accusations of molesting law-interns; a sort of a history in the Indian judiciary.

Retired Justice Ashok Ganguly  heading a probe panel in the matter of tussle between two football leagues; was indicted by Supreme Court of India for having made "untoward advances" to a female law-intern in a five-star hotel during the probe-proceedings. Justice Ganguly had shattered the Indian Telecom sector by cancelling spectrum allocations made by the Indian Federal Government to JVs of Indian & multi-national consortiums for providing 2nd Generation Spectrum Services.
Justice Swatantra Kumar; who is heading National Green Tribunal after retirement from the top Court has been served show-cause notice by the Supreme Court of India for having molested a law-intern during his tenure as top Court judge.
The jduges in higher judiciary are refraining themselves from appointing female law interns in the backdrop of the two incidents.
