The importance of my club members

I cried a lot this summer, but I could learn a lot of things from senior students and friends.
I belong to the futsal club at my university in Japan. This summer, my club members and I went to Nagano, which is in the Chubu region of Japan. This prefecture is cool in summer, so it is an ideal place to play sports. Our club goes to a training camp to play futsal every year and it was the second time for me. However, this year was different. Because I became an organizer of the camp. Therefore, 2 friends and I started planning in April. We researched where to go and stay. We called and sent email to all club members to participate. Moreover, we had to reserve a bus, decide how to collect money, and get permission from student center at our university, decide schedule, organize teams, decide some recreational events, buy sparklers and drinks…. So Before going to camp, we had to do a lot of things!!!! I was very busy and nervous because this year, 40 people participated in the futsal camp!!!! However, senior students helped me a lot and friends supported me. I consulted them on a lot of things. I couldn’t have gone to this camp without their help.
Finally, the day of departure came. I was anxious but everyone supported me. We rode a bus for 3 hours before arriving in Nagano. That night, we had planned a barbecue and sparklers but it was raining. So we decided to postpone it for until the next day. This was a big deal because on that night, we had planned another events so the schedule became quite packed! We had to adjust almost all times on schedule. I wandered “Can everyone enjoy this camp?” and “Is anyone dissatisfied?” I consulted one senior student, and he told me to not care too much and said you are very reliable. I cried from relief. The next day, we played futsal on very tight schedule. However, it was very sunny! We enjoyed the barbecue, sparklers, and recreation until midnight.
After the camp, everyone said to me, “The camp was very exciting, Thanks a lot!!!” I was glad to plan the trip. Even though I had never organize a camp for so many people, it was very tiring but I could get sense of accomplishment. Moreover, I noticed the importance of senior student and friends. I like them more than before.
